Launch list privacy notice

When you express interest in DOD, we collect the name, email address, Auckland suburb and selected interest you provide, along with the channel that brought you to our form. We use this to respond to your enquiry, assess where launch demand exists and plan customer or driver availability.

Contact about your enquiry is separate from optional marketing updates. We record your choice and use your email for occasional marketing only if you select that option. Future marketing messages will include a way to unsubscribe.

We restrict access to enquiry details to people working on the DOD launch and service. We do not publish your details or sell the list. We retain the information while it is needed for launch follow-up and related records, then review it for deletion. Do not enter licence numbers, identity documents, medical details or payment information in this form.

You can request access to or correction of your details, ask for deletion, or withdraw marketing consent using the form below. We may need to verify your identity before changing records. This notice covers the launch interest form; the final service privacy policy will describe app bookings and verification before those features open.
