What customers need before booking
Clear vehicle, trip and insurance information helps DOD match the booking responsibly.
Add an eligible vehicle
Enter the registration, make, model and vehicle category.
- You must have authority to provide the vehicle
- The vehicle must be roadworthy and legally compliant
- Appropriate insurance must permit the arranged driver
Choose the journey
Enter pickup, destination, date and time, then select one-way or hourly service where available.
- Choose a duration that suits the journey
- Stops and instructions can be added
- The same vehicle cannot have overlapping active bookings
Review before confirming
Check the driver details, price, fees and cancellation terms displayed for the request.

How to prepare your car for a DOD booking
Before the driver arrives, remove valuables, confirm fuel or charge level, check the Warrant of Fitness and registration where required, and make sure your insurance permits the arranged driver. Share any controls, mobility equipment or vehicle-specific information that could affect the journey.
One-way or hourly: choosing the right booking
A one-way booking suits a defined pickup and destination. An hourly booking can suit journeys with several stops, appointments or flexible waiting time. The booking screen should show the available format, duration and driver-return arrangement before confirmation.
