Contact DOD
DOD is preparing dedicated contact channels for customers, drivers, businesses, safety matters, complaints, privacy requests and partnerships.
Booking, trip, payment and account enquiries.
Application, verification, trip and payout enquiries.
Launch service, partnership and operational discussions.
Incident reports, complaints and privacy requests.
Confirmed email addresses, service hours and support forms will be published before the Auckland service opens.
Include your full name, contact details, enquiry type and booking, trip or application ID when available.
After addressing immediate safety, include the trip ID, time, location, people involved and available evidence.
Explain the information or privacy right involved and provide enough detail for DOD to verify and locate the request.
Describe the organisation, vehicle types, locations, expected demand and proposed timeframe.
A clear subject, the relevant booking or application ID, accurate contact details and a short timeline of what happened help support teams identify the issue. Avoid sending unnecessary identity or payment information unless a secure DOD process specifically requests it.
Use emergency services by calling 111 when someone is in immediate danger or urgent police, fire or ambulance help is required. DOD support is intended for platform, booking, driver, payment, complaint and incident follow-up—not emergency response.
