How DOD differs from a taxi or rideshare
A taxi or rideshare trip normally includes a vehicle supplied by the provider or driver. With DOD, the customer or business provides the eligible vehicle. The platform's role is to arrange a verified driver whose licence eligibility suits that vehicle and booking.
When scheduling ahead makes sense
Scheduling is useful for airport departures, appointments, events and family journeys where timing matters. Add accurate locations, expected duration, stops and special instructions so the booking can be offered to a suitable available driver.
